Tickarow

Terms of Use

Use Tickarow for calm personal productivity.

These terms keep expectations clear while Tickarow is still an early-stage personal productivity app.

Introduction

These terms explain how you may use Tickarow. By using Tickarow, you agree to use it within these terms and in a way that respects the service and other users.

About Tickarow

Tickarow is a personal productivity app for task planning, follow-ups, notes, categories, and day-to-day follow-through. It is designed for personal organisation, not as a formal project-management or record-keeping system.

Acceptable use

Use Tickarow for your own task planning, follow-ups, notes, and personal productivity. Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's data, or misuse authentication and sync features.

Your content

Tasks, notes, comments, categories, and other content you add to Tickarow remain your responsibility. Make sure you have the right to store anything you put in your board.

Account and sync

Sign-in and sync are optional features that can help you access your board across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure. Sync supports continuity, but it should not be treated as a guaranteed backup.

Data and privacy

Tickarow handles data to provide the app experience, including local use and optional sync. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.

Productivity tool disclaimer

Tickarow is provided as a planning and productivity tool. It can help you keep work visible, but it does not replace your own judgement, workplace systems, backups, or critical records.

Availability and changes

Tickarow is an early-stage product and may change over time. Features, design, sync behaviour, pricing, availability, and page content may be updated as the app develops.

No critical-use guarantee

Do not rely on Tickarow for emergency, safety-critical, legal, financial, medical, or business-critical decisions. Use appropriate specialist systems and professional judgement for those needs.

Intellectual property

The Tickarow name, branding, design, interface, and app features belong to Tickarow or its owner. These terms do not give you rights to copy, resell, or misuse Tickarow's branding or product.

Suspension or ending use

You can stop using Tickarow at any time. Tickarow may restrict or end access if the service is misused, if these terms are violated, or if access creates risk for the app or other users.

Limitation of responsibility

Tickarow is not responsible for missed tasks, lost data, service interruptions, user error, or decisions made based on content in the app. Keep separate backups or records for anything important.
